Had a great experience. Very helpful. A real pro. Prompt, thorough and educational. Chris has a great deal of experience. Like 5,000 homes, or something like that. Highly recommend.

Chris did a great job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was able to schedule us quickly and the day of our inspection we had the link to his report, plenty of pictures and details on things he spotted.

Chris was easy to get in contact with and fit me into his schedule right away. He was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to talk me through some of the issues he was seeing as he went along. He even went back to the property several days later to inspect the roof when it was not covered in snow. The final report was very detailed, and will be very helpful to reference as I work down the list of projects I'll be doing on the house. Very fair pricing. 12 out of 10 recommend.
