Within 24 hours of the home inspection, you will be delivered access to your comprehensive home inspection report by email. We generate these reports using HomeGauge Software and include a full and understandable write-up of our findings, expandable photographs, and any video you might need to better understand the condition of the home’s systems and components.
Instead of having to copy and paste east individual issue into your repair addendum, you and your real estate agent can use the Create Request List™ (CRL™) tool included with your report to build a list of repair requests directly from the report itself. You will then be able to download this list, share it easily with your seller, and keep communication open and simple between all necessary parties.
